Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 2.2 Honestly, they're not even that cool anymore. Their juniors and seniors aren't that great aside from maybe a handful of cool ones. Sororities only like them because of the name like high schoolers wearing Abercrombie; you know the brands not cool but the people wearing it think it's cool af.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 1.8 not a fan of these guys. they live really far away, brothers can be really rude and arrogant. parties aren't really that fun. their houses are creepy also.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.0 D= How is Theta Xi reated so low?!?!?! This is my favorite frat and I am in one of teh top rushes sorority houses (perhaps other frats are just hating?). The guys are attractive, fun, funny, but... yeah, they might try to get in your pants. They have a cool wall in the back that gets re-painted iwth cool new designs every now and then. Take some of their less popular guys to dances/events; I swear they make the best dates =)

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 1.8 The brothers of theta xi have a reputation for being jerks to everyone and I have yet to have an experience to disprove that. They are not fun to be around, their parties aren't fun, and they aren't attractive.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.3 Definitely fun last year. If you don't know them, can come off as jerks. Loved all the seniors that left, gonna suck this year though. Sorry guys.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 2.3 Pretty far away from campus. After the pledge classes they got last year, it might not be looking good on account of those former pledges now being the face of the fraternity to underclassmen... they lost some good seniors.

Have the mentality that they think they're still a top house so they don't have to do anything lol good joke and they only won greek week because kappas go insane to win... and I heard they're losing their houses or can't have letters on their houses or whatever, helloooo SAE 2.0
