Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 2.2 Honestly, these guys are ghosts on campus. I never see their letters, they never have any kind of philanthropy events, and their parties tank FAST. Now that the upperclassmen are gone, only weird guys are left... and there's a lot of them. They boast about numbers but honestly they recruit any guy that walks through their door. No sense of what good brothers are anymore. low-mid tier for sure.

I dont know how they do it but they seem to be able to put up #'s in the gym, donate $ to charity and get ladies #'s at their crazy exchanges. They are the most well respected, most established fraternity at UCD and therefore serve as a model for the other fraternities.

If you dont think theta xi is THE top house at UCD, you must not be very involved on campus because these guys are everywhere.
