Those that are affiliated and in the Greek system know it's a running joke when they're listed as top tier every list. You really do hear about them as much as you do Delta Chi.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.8 One of the only houses that consistently has fun exchanges. We end up there anyway even when we don't have exchanges for random parties and their day party bullas. They have a hard pledge process because they are selective with who they accept, but in my opinion are the best fraternity at Davis.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 2.6 Pike is top house hands down. Their pledge process is awful but their exchanges are amazing. their handsome guys are a mix of douchebags, athletes that couldn't make it, but also guys that can actually talk to girls. if you are looking for close brotherhood, this may not be the place for you. if you are looking to rage face and have classic college experiences, rush pike
