If you live in a house next to them, you will be woken up by wannabe grunts who look like 18yo eminem playing beer dye. Their parties are fun, but the brothers are a little creepy when interacting with women.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.9 The guys at this fraternity extremely genuine. I ended up having to wait 30 mins after a party for an uber once. I was worried at first but the guys offered me water, made sure I was comfortable and taught me to play pool. What followed was probably the most entertaining late night conversation in the kitchen. I laughed for 30 mins straight and did not want to leave when the Uber finally got there.
