^ The old SigEps lost their way and weren't upholding the virtues or living the ritual.

The whole purpose of the Balanced Man Program is to set up chapters for sustainable success. The program was developed after studying how high performing chapters operated. So with the BMP now fully implemented at the new chapter, there will be no lapsing into behaviors destructive to the chapter home or to the individual members' health and academic success.
