Snap Bid: On BID DAY, when the bid lists are being made, and a house has not made quota (this year was 81 girls), they can give out snap bids. Quota is the least amount of girls a house MUST give bids to. If they are under quota, they have the option to give out bids to girls they have released after previous rounds if that girl has not already been given a bid.

This shows that KD is not as great as they think they are! Very baffled how they keep getting rank on here as one of the top houses? Almost half of PC15 is girls no one else wanted, not even KD.

They cut girls that were not "up to their standards" and ended up with the bottom of the barrel. Karma!

Because if they stayed in recruitment and were given a bid( even one they did not want) they would not have been able to get a snap bid. Those are only for girls that were completely dropped from all sororities.

One bad recruiting class does not change the tiers and rankings, which are really just opinions anyway.

So let me get this straight. KD drops a bunch of girls during Rush and then on bid day the girls they want chose other houses before them and they had to go back to the girls they dropped and give them a snap bid? These girls were dropped by everyone else too, so they accepted? How does that work now that they are sisters? Everyone just forgets they were originally deemed unworthy and only lucked into a snap bid?

The only people that really know are the the recruitment chair, membership chair, and president as well as the girls who were given snap bids. It's kind of like how no one knows who the quota additions are, they women in the chapter don't really know who the snap bids in the new pledge class are unless they specifically remember them being dropped, which they most likely don't.

Did not you not read this entire post?... Snap bids are Only given to girls who were RELEASED from previous rounds (aka not wanted) and the only reason they are in KD is because the sorority needs to reach quota. They are needed but not wanted. The girls KD wanted went somewhere else.

Contrary to popular belief, a good portion of the girls going through recruitment want a sisterhood, not a top tier house.
So if someone drops simply because they have only "bottoms" are they really quality girls or

Correct. If you were not released completely from recruitment, you were not eligible for a snap.
