involvement - from theta perspective

I don't understand why people say Theta is not involved. We are super active around campus. We participate in almost every philanthropy possible. And we won philanthropy of the year. In Cookout for CASA alone which was a 3 hour event, over $8000 were raised and that's not including the organizations that bought shirts for the event. If anything Theta is super involved and it saddens me to see people say otherwise because our philanthropy chair works her butt off and so does the entirety of the Theta girls.

$8000 isn't actually that much when you look at what other sororities and fraternities have made for their philanthropies in one event

For a three hour event based on just ticket sales id say that $8000 is a lot especially because there is much more we have to count.

My sorority raised $58000 dollars for our event last year and we participate in every event, both pan Hellenic and ifc so don't act like you guys are super involved. You have a long way to go. Oh, we also were one of the top houses for raising money for DM

Theta isn't really involved with anything outside of philanthropies..

We go to every single outside philanthropy...we came in second for TEP touchdown, we went to finals for chi phactor, we were the sorority that wasn't actually drunk at theta chi kickball

The fact that we have girls that are cicerones? A girl who conducted the entirety of gator growl? DM captains? Best Buddies? Exec of Panhellenic? Jr Pan? Campus Diplomats?

I agree that this post is embarrassing on the behalf of Theta, but many other sororities troll so much more on this website to be completely honest.

actually no, id say theta trolls on here way more than most. obviously girls from all houses come on here but i feel like i see way more things boosting them than any other house

Open your eyes. Delta Zeta and Delta Gamma self promote harder on this site than anyone else. I'm not saying Theta is not guilty, but comparatively they aren't on their level.

You can't have it both ways. We all know you play that whole "chill" and "down-to-earth" nonsense to a t. So don't complain when people assume you don't do anything extracurricularly or care much for them.

They're only involved with Greek affairs. No leaders, just the girls that all like to play with fraternities then chill.
