They just brought on a new chapter and Alpha Phi is coming in two years. SDT is very weak nationally. These chapters are really strong nationally. There's a long process for expansion (if you're not a freshman you saw it last year). You can't just get a group together and try to become SDT.

I think they opted to not enter the expansion process here when it began a year or two ago. Tri Sig did try to recolonize, bit they were turned down for GPhiB and APhi
