"rules"

All of us know that when you get in a sorority, they throw in "remember you're representing XYZ!" in that always-wearing-your-letters speech, along with no drinking in letters. I want to hear what specific appearance rules your orgs have. Does anyone have specific makeup rules (no peach blush, only pink)? What about activities you can't do in letters (no eating in public)? Or always having to be tanned? What about gym rules? Sorry, just very curious!

This actually doesn't happen. Some sororities make the girls wear makeup and have their hair done on certain days, but other than that nobody cares what shade of blush you wear.

Lol if I couldn't eat in public I would've dropped in an instance, I really hope no one actually has that rule and if you do I'm very sorry for you.

zetas have gym hours if they gain too much weight and are required to maintain spray tans year round. my roommate hates it but does it anyways because she says the perks of being "top tier" are worth it

It's a half-joke at most since there's some truth to it. They use the showers as spray tanning booths.

Zetas do not have gym hours if they gain too much weight and they are not required to maintain spray tans year round. I am in ZTA and this is absolutely ridiculous. Worry about your own house maybe?

But they are known for their spray tanned look, albeit voluntary to maintain such an image.
