DZ-another year before top, Great class, ladies. I would put you on top, but don't want to start a war.
Theta-same as always, solid upper mid, most stable house.
Pi Phi-same, but sinking
DEEPH- I know I'll get slammed here, and not in DEEPH, but look through the pictures. DEEPH has a handful of hotties, and several cuties while the houses below have fewer.
XO- yawn, very sweet but very vanilla
KKG- who?
AXO- bland,
AEPHI-

Zeta has a lot of very average looking girls if you see them without all the makeup. ΔΓ is looking fabulous but so is AΔΠ and ΚΔ. It shouldn't matter how ΚΔ got their girls because they're doing great. I don't think ΔΔΔ is sinking. Really I can't say anything bad about the others since I know a lot of girls in each house.

zeta isn't that high up there for me. dg definitely had the best pledge class, although I think ddd had a good one also- I disagree, I think they're rising. adpi looks good too. don't know what went wrong with kd's pledge class though with all of the snap bids, they were definitely a sought after house during rush

Wasn't ΠΒΦ considered to be bottom just a few years ago? Like in 2012? A friend is a legacy there and she said (before she even came to campus) that there was no way she'd pledge them. Was that bad press or have they improved that much? This friend has said if she knew what their sisterhood was really like she'd have chosen them. It's sad that git is are swayed by this site and dismiss houses like that.

It is terrible that girls prejudge before they take a look for themselves. Those are the kind who end up wishing they'd given other houses a chance.

That's pretty much everyone's opinion of DZ so it's not really that biased. If anything it was written by a DG or ZTA

TOP: switch ZTA with DDD. I disagree, DDD is rising, ZETA is falling.
Middle: Even though you are clearly a DZ, I agree.
I was going to say DEEPH over Pi Phi, but while some of the women in DEEPH may be more attractive than Pi Phi, they are lacking in class, so Pi Phi then Deeph.
Bottom: AEPHI has a couple of cute girls, and are sweeter and classier than DEEPH, but also many uglies. Bottom is accurate.

I have to say that AOPi did great this year, I don't know about over all but they took girls I personally wanted. I'd say the PC is over tridelt, the house is closing in.
Bitter commenters, but if you've seen DZ it's undeniable they made moves. Really.
DG saved themselves after two awful years- that was a top tier PC, please hug your recruitment chair.
Deef has surprised me seeing them all together too! I've judged based on some random acquaintances, but no they really do have a range including really cute girls.
Sorry KD, it was rough. Probably most saught after house but recruitment is a bizarre strategic thing and something went wrong. Happens. Lots of self ranking.
Also RT zeta is only getting demoted on here, not real life.

Actually, Zeta has been sliding the past several years and you can't deny the internal problems that were brought to light on here recently. So, they're definitely getting demoted.
