What are everyone's thoughts on SigKap's new house being built? Will they go up in rank? Why does everyone think they're even lower than PhiMu and AEPhi?

It's gonna be a pretty nice house, so they'll probably move up in rank in the coming years. But for now, they are just not attractive. Even on game days when everyone is supposed to look super cute, they just don't. They're super nice, don't get me wrong, but the looks are not there. And the tier system is based solely on that.
