Considering KD and Adpi both got better pc's than Zeta I'd put them first, and switch dz with pi phi.

AXO comes on here and ranks themselves higher. AXO is NOT better than XO and literally no one thinks otherwise. I hope other people notice, but the self-ranking is literally out of control.

So much of the "this house is higher...no, this house is higher!" debate is about whether you value the more pearls/sweet/Southern girl vibe or the trendy/laid back/party vibe. All houses have women that fit each of those stereotypes but just generalizing:

If you prefer the trendy/party type, Zeta is probably your top. If you prefer pearls/sweet then probably KD.

Along those lines, with the first house as more trendy and second as more sweet, and honestly with not that much difference up or down:
