Phi delt is NOT higher than Pike. Pike is significantly better looking and I just feel like phi delt is so try hard

Chi Phi is above Delta Chi. Delta Chi is in low. Delt goes to middle. Pike is with Phi Delt. Seriously? This is is wrong hahahaha

Where exactly are these "tiers" listed? Can someone please show me? Are they listed by UF? Are they listed by UF Panhellenic? No? Oh, you say they're listed nowhere?
