There are no "rankings" or "tiers"! It is all a myth! There is not a single UF authority or Greek authority anywhere that actually has these supposed "rankings" or "tiers" listed! Because they simply do not exist!
"Tiers" are literally made up - invented - by puerile sorority girls and perv frat boys sitting at their dorm desks typing on their keyboards and posting on the Internet! That’s it! They’re made up! They're mere online posts! Get it?
