Theta chi is very involved on campus and good overall. As is delt and ksig, and pi lam may rise depending on their fall pc

Honestly, both chi phi and sig nu are on the rise. Good brotherhoods, good chapters just underrated

idk much about sigma nu, but I have a few friends in chi phi and they seem to always be improving. No, they are not about to flip anything upside down or break through some tiers, they just look to be improving the quality of guys every rush. Still some goons though.

i think dz and pi phi are very underrated cause the top tiers overshadow them but they're on the rise in my opinion
