by: G Phi betaI didn't go through formal recruitment so I'm not sure how Gphi's rush works. Where can I find them on campus?

Look for UF Gamma Phi Beta on social media or tabling on campus. They will have information about the interview process. Usually, the way a colony works is they will put the word out on campus and then a few weeks into the semester they will do an open house event to give people more information. After that, women can sign up for interviews, and local alumnae and national reps will interview interested women to see if they are a good fit for the colony. I'm not sure how many rounds of interviews happen, but that's the basic gist of it. They then offer bids to the women who they think would be a good fit, and will try to give invitations to reach normal full chapter size if they have enough good applicants!

All information is updated on Facebook. Just check out "Gamma Phi Beta at the University of Florida," which is the Facebook set up to give out all info. They keep it very up-to-date.
