When will their old house be torn down? And what is the projected time that they will be in the new house?

it will be torn down very soon. the house will be finished in time for girls to move in before next recruitment and they will be able to recruit out of the house

Why on earth would you believe a new house would make you middle tier? Phi Mu has a very nice house and is only slightly better than y'all... Sorry. Maybe you won't be in dead last but it's a house, not a chapter makeover.

SK has a contract that specifically states the contractors must finish the house before next fall semester or they have to pay them tons of money! So, it's almost positive that it will be done by rush.
