losing my pin

I'm not very organized and I'm worried I will lose my pin. What happens if you lose it. My friend said if I was worried I should just wear it as an earring or cartilege so I didn't have to remember where I put it. But I like wearing other earrings so idk about that.

You'll need to buy another one and it's only to be worn over the heart, with no other pin above it. All 26 N.P.C. sororities follow this rule.
