by: PNMI know not much can be said about the whole voting process and how sororities choose which PNM's they would like in their pledge class, but is it anything like the movies with a powerpoint and slides of each PNM with pictures/accomplishments/grades and the sisters around and vote?

Just focus on you and your recruitment process! I promise you'll learn all the behind the scenes things once you go through recruitment as a sister :) and each house is different so I can't speak to say if this is true in every house. I promise it's not super creepy or anything. Good luck finding your home!
