fraternity tiers

Tier lists are so subjective, but since everyone seems to keep their lists fairly consistent on here I figured I may as well challenge with my own.
Factors for not just attractiveness but also personality of brothers, quality of socials, and general respect toward girls. Also a little bit of diversity, or at least tolerance to diversity.
Top (No particular order):
Chi Phi, Sigma Nu, AEPi, Lambda Chi, TEP, Delt, Phi Tau
Upper Mid (No particular order):
Theta Chi, Delta Chi, ATO, Beta
Lower Mid (No particular order):
TKE, Pi Lamb, DU
Bottom (No particular order):
Pike, SAE, KA
Know too little to properly rank:
Phi Delt, Phi Sig, Kappa Sig, Pi Kapp, FIJI

Finally someone posts a ranking that's not a copy and paste of every other ranking on this site lol. Why do people even feel the need to repost the same rankings over and over. Though this may be different from the view of most greeks, the whole tier system is incredibly subjective so it can't really be wrong.
