Frat Ranks (detailed)

Top all fall pretty close together and have a long standing top ranking and are generally the most sought after houses with hottest guys and all tend to go on and off probation for hazing
1. Ato: fun guys have a great rep for great parties and tailgates. Relatively attractive (fall 24 pc took a hit) but overall good guys
1. Theta chi: really ****ing hot and have great parties and tailgates also pretty funny guys and the most athletic house
2. Machi haven’t had any parties but they have a long standing rep of being top and most guys are decent looking
3. Beta guys are really hot and black ops was good (lowk scared of them) lots of hazing stories

Upper mid all still have great guys good parties and good reps also pretty steady rank (sae recently down and pikapp up)
1. Sae lowk chopped pc and a little weird (springs) fun guys though rank def took a hit when they were kicked off and now they’re just trying really hard to fix rep (with kd next year which will prob help)
1.Pikapp (my kings) recently up prob thanks to skelly and his aura overall really good fun guys not the most attractive but prob some of the funniest, parties are kinda mid but tailgates are really fun
Mid still pretty decent frats mix on attractiveness and are generally rejects from top frats have good parties and tailgates and still have good connections to top sororities
1.pike good parties and good philanthropy lowk chopped pc minus the one hot pike, scoopers done a lot to bring down the rep this year in my opinion
1. Phi delt don’t really know them (no one does) lowk irrelevant all I know is they jump people and like to fight and their house owned by ato (atos little brother)
2. Ksig nice house but nerfed bc they’re on sorority row and lost their off campus house to sig ep post games are fun though mix of guys but overall nice
2. Sig ep known for being the nice guys and known for not hazing fun parties pretty unproblematic not much to say
2. Aepi all the top Jewish guys pretty much from Jersey and LI lowk douchebags but they make it work mid tailgates good parties insane aura
3. KA the good country frat smaller pc not much to say on them
