updated sorority stereotypes?

Trying to get a basic understanding of the vibe of each sorority because i see the same group of top houses listed but what makes a top house top? What makes something mid compared to not?

Theses are the houses most sought after during rush. They hang out with the top frats. They have a higher percentage of pretty/ involved girls.

All houses are good at UF and you will find awesome women in the other tiers.
