OX got the best pledge class, if you were ranking new PCs by the most guys who idolize Bill Cosby. They are definitely tier 2 but tbh probably tier 3.

ATO PDT and BTP have the best PCs every year.

After that SX SAE KA KS PKP get the left overs.

Then OX SigEp PKA TEP and AEPi.
