Nah, they are both pretty much the same . Above middle but house needing reno keeps them from the top. Or both bottom of top.

Zta has dropped big time. No cheerleaders, HC Queen or Miss UF or Miss Florida . Kd and Adpi are the top houses those days. I knew it when I rushed. Besides Kd and Adpi really do have some genuine girls.
