pi chi??

seen a few girls with the letters "pi chi" and wanted to know if they're any good? haven't seen anything about them so are they even pan and what tier are they

pi chi’s are girls from each of the panhellenic sororitys who disaffiliate from their sorority to become recruitment counselors (we call them pi chi’s at uf) to help guide PNMs thru recruitment ! your pi chi’s will help u thru recruitment and they keep their sorority a secret from you until bid day and the reveal is always super fun bc it’s insanely hard to guess which are from certain chapters !! overall awesome girls who love their chapters and #panlove
