The pikapps I talked to weren't super frat but we're just cool real guys. Got there late last night so definitely going back tonight

Yeah i mean being totally "frat" isn't what a lot of people are looking for. if you're looking for the typical frat guy go to phi delt, pike, ato or other top tiers. there are different type of guys in each ones but those usually have more of what you consider "frat" guys. The reason girls like them is probably because they get sick of having to put up with the annoying typical frat guys.

Pi Kapp is really overhyped. They have nice guys I'll give them that but they're a run of the mill middle tier fraternity. Either they still get nice guys once they get their new house, or they'll turn into Theta Chi v2 and just become tier climbers
