Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 3.0 These guys have one of the best brotherhoods on this campus. They always do homework in a timely manner and seem to produce one of the best badminton teams on campus. There new house is awesome but they are in severe debt which will cause there dues to increase substantially. Based off the formula 4000x(x=year of college)+5.78(x-.67) their dues will increase exponentially. Trust me I eat peanuts. These guys are NOT hot. They never shave and always smell like poo-poo. EWWWWW. Overall middle tier.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 1.0 OX is not a top tier fraternity. Using this website to "try" and boost their rep is lame at best. The new house is cool, but it doesnt make them one of the best. By far!

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 1.0 Nobody takes them seriously. Adopting sig ep's entire pledge class without any pledging doesn't build a fraternity, and putting up a big house doesn't make them top tier. I would say they're roughly the eighth most relevant.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 4.6 I mean most girls agree that with their brand new mansion, huge hot pledge class, and general positive attitude they are climbing big time . My roommate and I are both in top sororities and we both agree Theta Chi is quickly becoming one of our favorites :) keep it up boys!
