Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 1.5 Their house is nice, but it has to be dry and they have a guy for from nationals living in it to enforce it. So no house parties which blows, also they don’t pledge which literally is what makes pledge classes closer. Not really a real frat, more like a club that acquired a house.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 4.0 They are growing a lot, but could be better. They have a ton of potential, they just need to play their cards right. They have a nice house, and the brothers are great guys, although, a couple really shouldn’t have gotten a bid. Im looking forward to seeing them in a year or 2, the future is bright
