They get a lot of hate on here but the guys seem pretty chill and they're just different than the typical fraternity. They havent made a name for themselves yet but they should be able to move up with a new house next year

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 4.2 I've met some really impressive and genuine guys in SigEp. They catch a lot of hate on this website for being different and not pledging, but I doubt most of those people have met any of the guys. The renovated house will help get the ball rolling for them and they will be a solid house again soon.

They say they're mid tier and rising but they always run out of alch, like wtf?? like who runs out of Smirnoff ice when its supposed to be ICE AGE NIGHT. like don't advertise having good alch when you dont???? Dont go here unless you're looking for disappointment...
