gpa requirements

I see posts concerning high school GPA and how it affects sorority recruitment, but I've also heard that certain chapters may drop you first round if you don't meet their individual requirements? Can anyone actually back this up or give a brief response on what certain chapters look for in high school GPA?

Some sororities will automatically drop you if you have below a 3.5gpa from high school.

Chi o requires a 3.5
But the other chapters require a 3.0+

All fraternities and sororities have a GPA requirement. If you have bad grades your first semester you'll be dropped, you need to show that you can handle Greek life and academics.
