recommendations needed?

I was wondering if I should be finding people to write rec letters. Do they help?

A letter of recommendation is great, but it's more important to just be yourself during recruitment. A sorority cares more about who you are then a letter of recommendation full of information about you. If you can get letters of rec, great! If you can't, it's not a huge deal!
