How is Phi Tau above Sig ep and Beta? Lambda Chi should go up one. Phi Tau down one. Sig ep and/or Beta go up one. Come on now...Phi Tau just drinks and hazes.

Middle: Phi Tau/SigEp/Beta/TKE
Bottom: Kappa Sig/Lambda Chi and the rest are irrelevant
