What are the real sorority rankings here? Top tier? Mid Tier? Bottom Tier?

XO is first in everything but intramurals & fryberger and had the best return rates during recruitment. I'd rethink that list.

I think it's accurate. Chi O is slowly getting worse so I wouldn't put them in the top tier. I know a lot of girls in Chi O that are in it just to put it on their resume, so I don't find them desirable. DZ and SK are top for sure.

KD Phi Phi = Middle

BIG GAP

ZTA AOPi = Lower

AOPi is getting better and ZTA didn't quite establish the rep they wanted. The new has worn off and now they have having to make it on personality...and they don't have any.

I go here and am not Greek. But dz and sk are clearly top, even though sk is awful with grades. Chi O has the best grades but that's it, a lot of them are scrubby. KD and Pi phi are my personal favorites but realistically they are middle tier. Zeta does decent at fryberger and step but that's about it. There newness is wearing off and after their founders graduate and the new sorority comes they will be in trouble, especially since they don't have a house or suite. AOII are super sweet and won fryberger 2 years in a row but they are clearly bottom tier.
