Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Louisville - UL 3.6 Top tier fraternity without a doubt, but they aren't as good as they were when I first started here. They throw the best parties, but some of them are at bars which you can't drink under 21. They have a great group of guys, but some of very full of themselves. They could improve on philanthropy too.
