Ehh, they're alright. Most of them are involved on campus, but don't really participate with any stuff involving the Greek community. In the middle of average, and above average. Just can't put my finger on it.

From what I've observed, seems like a group of guys that are on their way up. Fun parties, sweet guys, just need to get their stuff in line as far as organization and involvement go. I think they'll be a fraternity to watch after a couple more good pledge classes.

They need to learn how to be a fraternity. Guys who party hard with no worries that they'll be put back on probation; who still get decent grades; who go to other Greek's events (intramural games, philanthropy events, etc); who dress well/like they give a crap about how they look (which doesn't head to toe polo, brooks brothers, vineyard vines, etc all the time). Love you boys for being great gentlemen & sweet guys. But frat up. Please.

A lot of these girls knew what it was like to be nonGreek in college & arent brainwashed like a lot of the other sorority girls are. They have their extremes (crazy party girls, awkward girls, not so pretty girls, etc) but who doesn't? They've done great for the 2 years they've been on campus BUT they need to work on their presence on campus. Most other Greeks don't know any ZTAs. They get hated on by top tiered sororities cause they're moving up fast into their league.

Chi O's are really involved on campus- the past two Service Vice President's have been Chi O's, and they hold a lot of campus leadership positions. They routinely have best grades, and all of the Chi O's I know are really nice girls. Yeah, they may not be known as the biggest partiers, but they are really fun to hang out with. Excited to see what the future holds for the chapter
