Overall, Aphi is declining

Are these ranks based on looks? Because if we were to do t based on personality and academics it would be literally flipped

Pi phi has the highest gpa and dg has the second highest so it wouldn’t flip academically... Also every chapter has girls with good personalities so clearly you don’t know what ur talking about
