Most of the girls are so sweet and down to earth. They would make great lifetime friends and seem like they would be very loyal. The only problem is that they tend to be social climbers and it comes off as desperate. No house at lmu is a bad house but these girls tend to be looked down upon even though they are great girls

I agree 100%. No one seems to think too highly of Theta accept the girls within the chapter. They need to get it together and drop the condescending attitudes. Ladies, your letters are not meant to make you better than anyone else - Greek or otherwise - they're supposed to make you better than who you used to be.
