The previous rating is another fraternity slandering for some odd reason; embarrassing! “This much is true..” 🤣 The only truth is that reviewer does not know a single person in SigEp, clearly. SigEp is stand up dudes w morals and comradeship. Interesti ng that SigEp is the ‘shadiest frat’ when there hasn’t been a single issue this year and 4 other frats are in big trouble for some serious stuff. Makes a ton of sense! 👍 “Not a single thing has changed”. Just lol, you’re lying on the internet. I suggest you look deeply into a mirror and evaluate your life. It’s LMU. Nobody cares who top house is at Loyola Marymount University.

DZ girls are some of the nicest, most genuine people I’ve met on campus. I’m not in a sorority but from what it seems like they’re definitely not top tier but it seems like they’re trying harder this year. Hopefully this recruitment goes well for them.
