Theta just has a bunch of super hot resting bish face chicks and are considered top because of that. They have a moderately okay gpa but they don't do anything in terms of service because they're too beautiful to actually care.

they seem fairly involved on campus despite being one of the smaller fraternities. i haven't heard of them having any parties this semester but i know the guys in there totally do
