people tend to get star stuck during recruitment but then realize how awful it is when it's too late. Still top house, but PC 2017 was no help, and probably even brought them down. Their seniors are so much hotter than the sophomores / newest pledge class. getting less popular with every frat besides sigep. Dirty rush like crazy but half the girls don't even want them anymore anyway

they sent 4 girls to the hospital during football this year, and acted like it was the injured girls fault. but if I had to choose between aphi and theta, i'd go theta all the way

Newest PC was the best they've ever gotten, but in order to be considered good, they need to graduate their oldest members. Their rep really only relies on around 6-8 girls in the newest PC, we'll see how this year goes as last year they were still ranked super low during recruitment. Definitely surpassed DZ, but really need to graduate their weird older members
