Kappa Delta Rho - ΚΔΡ Fraternity at University of Toledo - UT 3.5 Afew of them are good guys but a lot of them are some of the worst people I’ve ever met the fact that Toledo is one of their best chapters says a lot only 38 active kdr chapters these guys are cry babies when they don’t get their way and there’s a lot of daddy’s money in this chapter they have the most expensive dues and they will bid anyone that walks through the door
