I am not in ZTA, I'm in another CPC sorority, but I feel like I need to defend them a little. ZTA has a rep of being judgmental, they cut a lot of girls. Honestly though, they are forced to cut that many girls. FOrmal recruitment is a numbers game and it gets complicated. Sometimes members are forced to cut more PNMs they really would of liked to keep. As far as talking about other sister and being cliquey- idk. I am not around them enough so I have no idea. They have been nice to others in cpc.

I have really known a lot of the girls for a long time. They are always very classy and personally I like the fact many of the sisters are very well rounded in different activities from being involved in many organizations around campus. They are super friendly and I like how hands on they are with their philanthropy personally.

Talking to lots of girls that i know from Zeta they do talk about one another sadly which has caused lots of my friends to be hesitant to join. They seem to pair up in small groups rather than be friendly with the entire sisterhood. A lot of girls possible rushing said that they thought Zeta was unfriendly and that the other two sororities were more engaging and friendly. There are some really nice girls in Zeta but its not a sorority for everyone simple based on the overall personality of it.
