chi phi self ranking

Why does Chi Phi care so much about how they look on here. They got like 10 self ranks in the timespan of 50 minutes and the rest of that time they went to other actually popular and good fraternities and put them as bottom tier. Im wondering why does Chi Phi care so much and does anyone actually respect them (especially after this)
