While Chi phi has done a good job growing, they’ll give out bids to any kid who even glances at their house. Some good kids but brought down by many awkward and just creepy brothers.

Used to be pretty mediocre until this year they won rush and pulled a massive pc. They still have a couple of weird seniors but their pc will pretty much put them at the top for the future. Their social schedule is still a little messed up but that should change next semester.

Some really nice guys in this frat but some really creepy guys too. Hope their PC is a little classier than some of the guys they have now. I know that can be said about pretty much every frat but since Chi Phi is relatively new/recently back I think they should work to recruit some quality dudes. Beautiful house though and their basement is sick. They seem pretty close as brothers. They've been getting closer with some of the sports teams which is cool that its not just sorority stuff.

Good group of guys. Lots of athletes. Always fun parties. They let everyone in though which really dilutes their brotherhood. Overall not bad but they think they’re hotter than they actually are. FILTHY parties yuck
