Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Rowan University - RU 3.2 Phi Psi parties tend to be crowded but only because of how close they are to campus. Mostly just a freshman / squid / geed hotspot. However they do have a nice basement and their jungle and music is normally pretty decent.
