Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Rowan University - RU 2.0 Good lord I feel bad for anyone who is fooled by these self rankings. Skulls is an absolute joke of greek life and it is so evident. These guys literally signed a piece of paper last semester to be in it, and now they're all "brothers"? Makes 0 sense. They're way too scared to have real parties because they're worried the school will get mad at them, the kids in it don't even know each other that well because they all just blindly went into a really dumb organization. Bottom 3 worst on campus.
