They were never the best. They were once second best out of 4 and now there just falling through the cracks. They don’t even act like they like their own pledge class let alone others.

Anyone that refers to dphie as "top tier" hasn't been a student of rowan university in about 7 years and an alum who can't let go. Lol Dphie has fallen off tremendously and they are not only unfriendly and elitist, but they really don't have much going for them. They use to be the "girl boss" sorority and some of the alum went on to have decent jobs/careers, but can't say the same for this bunch. Relied on their looks for so long they have nothing else going for them. Their suspension knocked them below SDT and their sister caught singing the N word knocked them down more. They're pretty much ASA/AST with better frat relations but who knows
