who is starting the ato here?

It's a group of former pikes PC 17 as well as some other guys that the now defunct underground pike chapter recruited.

They'll either be as good as pike was and learn from their old chapter or as dumb and be gone before they even charter.

No...... IFC opened for expansion and different fraternities presented why they should be the next chapter brought on campus. Last year it was AEPi, this year is ATO, and next year is Beta. It’s nationals coming to start the chapter not Pikes..... so dumb

To respond to that reply, nationals come in and get it started, then they recruit. Not sure the rules are with ATO but I’m not sure you can be initiated in another fraternity.
