Ever since their favorite fraternities left who were throwing all of the big parties, they have struggled. The past 2 or 3 years they have started to come around more though and are solid. Top fraternities fight to schedule events with them but I wouldn't say they are #1, probably top 3.

This is a great chapter with a lot of respectful guys. They throw the best parties and you can always expect a good time when you’re at a pikapp party.

Pi Kapp phi is a great fraternity. I went to one of their parties. Everyone was so nice and all the girls there were so nice to great fraternity overall.

I see a lot on here saying that PKP has small groups of friends, but in my opinion that couldn’t be farther from the truth. At there events everyone seems to know everyone which creates a great social environment for party’s and events.

The new #1, big target on their backs from other more jealous groups. Some groups are chill enough to hang, most here aren't.

I went to my first party here the other month and it was fun however mid conversation the guy i was talking to reached in his pants, scratched his generals and sniffed it? And it was a king sniff too. Might not go back idk

Dchi are great dudes, very nice, gentlemen. Their parties are fun and are getting better. Definitely on the come up.
