Top
Sig chi/ SAE
- both are considered the top frats, parties r lit. Sig chi has below 10 PC so might be going down

Middle
SPE - could be considered upper middle, rush class seems ok, throws some good parties, not really on the rise tho...
Theta Chi / Lambda - 20+ guys per PC. Super cool pledge classes, both on the rise for sure

Lower middle
KA - definitely going down, not a big PC this year, reputation isn’t too good.

Low - yea...

This is alll just personal opinion. Personally I think DKE guys are really nice and I always feel safe at their parties. They might be lower tier but they are at the top of the lower tier at least

Theta chi and lambda pull entirely different groups not comparable

Normally they do. This year their PCs are split friend groups. Some went theta chi and some went lambda.
